  • Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the order will be subject to our return policy.

By the Company

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Issues identified during payment verification

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Provide your order number and supporting photos/videos of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for products that are currently in stock.

  • Customers must follow the standard return process and specify the replacement product requested.

  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.

8. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The product is defective,

    • The wrong item was shipped, or

    • The return is due to our error.

  • Customers should ensure products are securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
